How to Join KCHMM

  1. Download and complete our membership application form.
  2. Enclose a check for annual dues as a certified member, an affiliate member ( not certified) or student member. The dues for certified and affiliate members are $35 per year and the dues for full-time student members are $10 per year.
  3. Mail your application and dues to KCHMM, P.O. Box 18009, Louisville, KY 40261-0009.
  4. That's it!  Check our website for meeting details.

How to Join AHMP

For more information about membership in the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals visit their website at www.AHMP.org or:
