Academy of Hazardous Materials Managers - ACHMM is the member organization for Certified Hazardous Materials Managers (CHMMs). KCHMM is a "constituent" of the Academy, but is somewhat independent. KCHMM members are not automatically members of the Academy. Also, you do not have to be a CHMM to be a member of KCHMM.

Air & Waste Management Association - A&WMA has over 14,000 members in 65 countries. The web site loads quickly and has useful information, including an employment center.

Bioremediation Discussion Group - this web site has information about the Biogroup listserv, archives of list messages, and related information about biological remediation.

American Academy of Environmental Engineers - AAEE administers the Diplomate Environmental Engineer (DEE) certification.
